We carry a complete selection of beans (16), Lentils (Red or Green), Peas (whole or split; green or yellow), and a mix of beans, peas and lentils for soup making.

Grains

We carry a variety of whole grains (oats, wheat, bulgar, quinoa, barley), berries, kernels, cut, or flakes. Grains packaged by Ancient Harvest, Roland (faro), and Ziyad (shelled wheat) round out our selection of grains. In our bulk products we have 25+ granolas and cereals. If you need unique brand of cereal, we carry over 18 manufacturers brands including Nature’s Path, Arrowhead Mills, Bob’s, Hodgson Mills, McCann’s, and Mother’s. Our rice selections include the normal white or brown rice as well as basmati, Jasmati, parboiled, mixes and wild rice. Lotus Brands provide some unique offerings from the orient including Forbidden Rice. Seeds we carry include flaxseed, brown or golden, and chia. For freshness we stock Bob’s, Hodgson Mill and Spectrum ground flaxseed in packages.

Pasta

We stock a large selection of pastas including regular pasta (20) made with or without egg, vegetable pasta (5), whole wheat pastas (7), and egg noodles (6). Oriental pastas in packages include Tyling, Ah So, Chine Boy (Lo Mein), Fiber Wise, Essenhaus, Maggi (Spaetzel), Vigo, Hodgson Mill, Ancient Harvest and Vita Spelt. If you need gluten free pasta we carry EnerG, Notta Pasta, and Mrs. Leepers.
